I seriously loved this like, ahem, crazy! The "is it real" question is my absolute favorite set-up, and boy did this deliver! I love how Gabe started to slip up and buy into Dean's "fantasy." I loved the patients and the small details. Dean was wondeful, crazy, but not too. Fantastic job!
